fix transitive dependency issues which were killing Knopflerfish tests. Add more logging to DependencyListener to log exceptions that happen in the event handler which are not logged by the underlying framework. fix javac error condition for annotation integration tests under 1.5. Add mock FrameworkUtil and MockFilter for unit testing outside of an actual OSGi framework.
